    Cardiff & Met Hockey Club is based at the National Hockey Centre, Sophia Garden's near the city centre. We currently have 7 Mens Senior Teams, 2 Ladies Teams, 6 British Universities & Colleges Sports (BUCS) teams and Youth Teams from U9 to U15. Read about Cardiff's history here.
